Flux-Cored Wires 420 Series
FLUX-CORED WIRES
420Â Series
MIG Abrasion Resistant
Features:
TFY-420Â is a flux core wire for hard facing with resistance to wear and corrosion. The deposit is high Cr-, Ni-, Mo- and C-alloyed and is used at any place, where corrosive as well as abrasive wear is expected. The hard facing of welding material is possible without cracking. The alloy can be additionally worked with metalloid cutting tools. It is also developed for gas shielded welding with Argon (with 1% Oxygen). The alloy is also available for submerged welding.
Application:
TFY-420 is normally used in the meat processing and food industry for vegetable oil extrusion presses and in the chemical industry.
